This week, we plucked carrot gems out of the soil, and arranged them around this lightly tropical, kinda citrusy, warm and spicy, vanilla bean cream cheese frosting-slathered, candied pecan-dusted bad boi of a carrot cake. A seriously moist (sry), not at all boring, CC. As a past CC unenthusiast, who married a CC lover, this one transformed me. Might be in my top 3 fav cakes
