INGREDIENTS

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
1/2 oz Red wine

HOW TO

Add Bourbon , lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker. add ice and shake.
Strain into a glass.

Slowly (!) pour the red wine over the bar spoon.
Garnish with Cheery
